November 20-22, 2015 Sr. High Retreat at Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church Casper, WY

Music, Worship, Mission, Fellowship, and lots of fun games.

Registration begins a 8:00 PM on Friday, November 20, with the first session starting promptly at 8:30 PM. Retreat ends on Sunday, November 22 immediately following worship. Meals served are Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast. Snack served Friday and Saturday nights.

Group Registration: In order to register your group, you must complete the following steps:

1. Collect $20 non-refundable registration fee from each participant made payable to your church
2.  Complete a Church Registration Form, listing each participant.
3. Send Church registration Form and one check for all participants from your church to be made to the Presbytery of Wyoming with Sr, High Fall Retreat in the memo line and mail it to Jason Harshberger, 215 S 11th Street, Laramie, WY 82070.
4. Collect Covenant and Medical Release Form (both forms require parent or guardian signature) fro each participant. These forms must be brought with you to the retreat.

Registration Deadline: Registrations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Church Registration forms must be received no later than Nov 10, 2015. Fax, email or smoke signal. Just get them to Jason by Nov 10!!

Adult Leadership: Groups must have a least one adviser (of the same gender) for every seven youth attending or have made prior arrangements with the retreat leaders.
